Dubai Welcomes 9.88 Million International Visitors in the First Half of 2025

Dubai’s tourism sector saw growth in H1 2025, with 9.88 million international visitors—up about 6% compared with the same period in 2024 — according to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Hotel performance was solid: average occupancy was 80.6%, with a 5% rise in average daily rates (ADR) and a 7% increase in revenue per available room (RevPAR). Western Europe remained the largest source market, followed by the CIS/Eastern Europe and South Asia.
